Background:

On February 9, 2021 Impeachment Senate hearings began again against Donald Trump. The Impeachment charge was "Incitement of Insurrection" over the January 6th event at the Capitol. In this politcal harassment trial Senator Leahy presided. Under the Constitution Chief Justice John Roberts was suppose to preside. However, Trump is now a private citizen. The Impeachment Managers were lead  by James Raskin and Eric Swalwell, who it was found to have had relations with a Chinese Communist spy named Fang Fang...Fair...seems not. Trump was defended by Michael Van Der veen and David Schoen. The Impeachment Managers claimed the "Big Lie" that caused the March and breach of the Capitol on January 6th was that voter fraud had occured and his supporters were told to riot by Trump. Mike Lindell's video showed proof something nefarious was at work in the election but to no avail. The main reason the Democrats pushed for a second Impeachment was because they knew 75 million plus people supported Trump and if the Republicans can take Congress and or the Senate in 2022 there's a good chance Trump could run again and WIN. If Trump is Impeached he could not run for office again. Problem Solved. But wait... What will the Outcome of this trial be?
